FOURTEEN was delighted to hold the launch party, in conjunction with LexisNexis and Jordan’s Family Law, following the publication of the second edition of International Movement of Children: Law, Practice and Procedure by Professor Nigel Lowe (Consultant at FOURTEEN) and Michael Nicholls QC.
We were thrilled to be joined by specialist international law practitioners as well as esteemed members of the judiciary to mark the occasion. Nigel Lowe is Professor Emeritus of Law at Cardiff University and, since October 2014, has been a Consultant member of Chambers. Nigel is able to assist in resolving international disputes and to provide an expert and authoritative opinion in such matters or to provide assistance to foreign courts applying or requiring evidence of English domestic law in family cases concerning children. For more information about Nigel please click here and, to find out more about the services he can offer, please contact the clerks.
