Natalya joined FOURTEEN at the start of pupillage in October 2024.
For the year prior to pupillage, Natalya worked as a Political Adviser to, inter alia, the Lord Chancellor and Secretary of State for Justice. She has previous experience as a Parliamentary Researcher and as a paralegal at a leading family law firm in Mayfair where she assisted with the full range of private family law matters.
Natalya was awarded her Bachelor of Laws by Durham University where she was president of the Durham Mooting Society, worked as a College Welfare Officer and received a commendation for academic excellence. She pursued a Master of Laws at the London School of Economics and Political Science and furthered her academic interests at Columbia Law School, New York. She obtained a scholarship for the Barrister Training Course during which she worked for a pro bono clinic providing assistance to vulnerable individuals and volunteered for a helpline providing support to isolated individuals.
Natalya speaks Russian and enjoys playing the piano and violin, the latter with a local amateur orchestra.
