Prior to commencing pupillage, Claudia worked at both a band two-ranked family law firm and a boutique family firm in London, where she gained experience across a broad range of private family law matters, including matrimonial finance and surrogacy disputes.
Claudia studied History at Queen Mary University of London, graduating with First Class Honours. She subsequently completed the Postgraduate Diploma in Law and the Bar Practice Course (LLM) at the University of Law, where she was awarded scholarships by the Honourable Society of the Inner Temple and the University of Law.
Alongside her studies, Claudia volunteered in the University’s Legal Advice Clinic, supporting clients in a variety of family law matters. She also assisted litigants in person as a student advocate and McKenzie Friend in the East London Family Court.
Outside of law, Claudia has worked extensively as a tutor, preparing students for entrance examinations and GCSEs, and as an alternative provision tutor supporting vulnerable children with complex educational needs.
