It is with enormous sadness that Fourteen acknowledges the death of our friend and colleague, Gillian Marks. For many years Gillian was a prominent, highly-regarded and well-loved member of Chambers, whose exceptional career as both a barrister and a recorder added great distinction to Fourteen. Her colleagues at Fourteen remember Gillian as warm, kind and funny, as a great supporter of our pupils and junior tenants and as an outstanding yet compassionate advocate. She will be hugely missed. We send our deepest sympathy to her husband, Tom, and their children.
